Dr. Chen Xinxiang, Board Chairman
    Dr. Chen Xinxiang received his PhD from Electrical Engineering Department of Pennsylvania State University in 1986. He is a former deputy chief engineer, chief engineer of Beijing Economic Committee and chief representative of SAP (China). Chen Xinxiang became board chairman of Cap Info Co., Ltd. in July 2001, and board chairman of U-Soft Co., Ltd. in July 2003.
    Dr. Chen Xinxiang said "Till now, competition in the software industry has become extremely serious. Enterprise with only traditional diligence is no longer workable, but requires the great wisdom and international insights.     Dr. George Chen, CEO and President (US Citizen)
    George received a PhD in applied mathematics at the University of Washington in 1994. In 1995, Dr. Chen joined Microsoft Corporation, and in 1999 came back to China to establish Microsoft Research China, now the Microsoft Research Asian (MSRA). Dr. Chen took part in the development of several Microsoft’s mainstream products (Windows 95、Exchange Server 4.0 and 4.5、Internet Explorer 4.0 and 5.0、and SQL Server 2000) as a software engineer, lead and manager. Dr. George Chen is currently a member of Chinese National Administration of Foreign Experts, and board member of Chinese Computer Federation (CCF). He is also the director of BI and Data Management Lab, Southwest University, and a guest professor of 10 Chinese universities such as Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Nanjing University, Zhejiang University, Tongji University.
